Domestic Shipping:

• Tohoku Region: ¥1,760
• Tokai-Hokuriku Region: ¥1,460
• Kinki, Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu: ¥1,330
• Okinawa: ¥2,050

Shipping Methods:

• The shipping method is specified by our store, and generally, customers cannot choose their preferred method.
• Date and time specifications are generally not accepted.

Delivery Times:

• Typically, delivery will be completed within 2 to 3 days after shipping. (For remote islands, delivery may take 3 to 4 days.)
• This does not apply to areas affected by natural disasters or large-scale events. Please understand in advance.

Damages During Shipping:

• We take care to prepare packaging to avoid any damage to the outer box. However, once handed over to the delivery company, there is a possibility of damage or issues occurring during transport due to the delivery company’s responsibility.
• We ask for your understanding in cases where there are scratches or dents on the outer box that do not affect the use of the product.
