Return and Refund Policy
Our return period is 7 days. Refunds cannot be processed after 7 days have passed since the purchase.
Return Conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
- Please use the original packaging materials used at the time of receipt for the return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Downloadable software products
To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Partial Refund Situations:
- Products that are damaged or partially missing due to reasons not caused by our fault and not in the original condition.
- Products returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable):
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send an email notifying you of the receipt of the returned item and whether the refund is approved or denied.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delay or Non-Processing of Refunds (if applicable):
- If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
- If the information you entered is correct, contact your credit card company. It may take time for the refund to appear after we complete the refund process.
- Next, contact your bank as there may be processing time before the refund is completed.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, shipping costs are not included in the refund. If a refund is requested, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during the return shipping process.
